A Cleo, 2,500 km on a truck, three days on site.

Mission Beach, Far North Queensland. A Cleo 5 shell and equipment package, delivered from the factory and set and plumbed by our licensed crew in three days on site. The approvals and the engineering pack were sorted before the crew flew up, so the site work ran straight through.

Every pool we sell comes as a complete kit: the Australian-made shell, the Essentials equipment package (variable speed pump, glass media filter, self-cleaning mineral chlorinator with automatic pH, LED light and handover kit), the engineering pack with your state’s certificate, and freight to your site. Comfort adds heating, Effortless adds the lot. See what is in the kit.

Day one

The Cleo 5 came off the truck and went straight in. The site was dug in the morning and the shell was set that same afternoon, level and braced in the ground by the end of day one.

Day two

Day two is all pipework. Trenches ran from the shell to the equipment pad, conduit and plumbing went in together, and the pad itself was formed and levelled ready for the gear.

Day three

Equipment went on the pad, the last connections were made, and the pool filled with water. Once it balanced up, that was the job, handed over on day three.

What this shows

The shell travels. 2,500 km on a truck and it arrives the same shell that left the yard.

Three days from dig to water, when the site is ready and the crew can get straight into it.

The paperwork is the slow part, so it happens first. Approvals and the engineering pack were sorted before anyone left for site.
