Delivery and crane access on the Beaches

The classic Northern Beaches challenge is a narrow, steep or curved street with power lines and big trees, and a pool that has to go over a two-storey home to a yard that steps down at the back. It is very doable, it just needs the right crane in the right spot. On a tight lift a bigger crane sets up further away and reaches over, which costs a little more but gets it in cleanly. We sell direct, so there is no showroom markup baked into your price. Take the shell delivered and manage the rest, install it yourself, or let our licensed crew do the full install. Cost and compliance

Shells are priced on enquiry, delivered to your site, and a plunge pool is a popular pick on smaller Beaches blocks. Installed jobs generally sit between $55,000 and $85,000 all in depending on access and finishes, with the full breakdown in our cost guide. A new pool needs approval, either a Complying Development Certificate through a private certifier or a development application through Northern Beaches Council, a compliant barrier and registration on the NSW Swimming Pool Register within 30 days. The structural engineering and the Certificate of Compliance come in your kit. The barrier certificate is yours or your builder’s.
