For your builder
If your client bought their pool from us and you are putting it in, this page is for you. What turns up, the paperwork that comes with it, every size we sell, and what the site needs before the truck arrives.
What arrives
- The shell. Australian-made, one piece, with the skimmer box, two returns and the hydrostatic valve fitted.
- The equipment package. Pump, glass media filter, chlorinator, light and the handover kit, boxed. The client's package may include more, such as a heat pump or a robotic cleaner. See the gear.
- The engineering pack. Covered below.
The engineering pack
You get the engineered shell drawing, the standard installation details and the state compliance certificate. They come from the engineer and we send them as issued, never edited. Your certifier will want them before work starts, and they set out the dig, the bedding, the bond beam and the backfill.

Before delivery day
- The hole is dug to the drawings and the base is ready.
- The truck can get to the kerb: road width, parked cars, low branches.
- The crane is booked and has a set-up spot. Look up for powerlines and trees over the lift path.
- Your crane operator has the shell weight. Ask us and we will get it from the factory.
- Someone is on site to take delivery, and the bedding material is there.
Access is where jobs go wrong. The delivery and crane access guide covers it in detail. If you are unsure, send us photos of the street and the yard before booking anything.
On the day
The shell arrives on a trailer and the crane lifts it straight into the hole. Set it, check level in both directions, then fill with water and backfill together, in stages, so the pressure stays even on both sides of the wall. Never one without the other. The full sequence is on how it goes in.
One person to ring
You deal with one person who knows the order, the drawings and the delivery. No call centre and no ticket number. Ring us on 0415 140 001 with anything that comes up.
Common questions
How heavy is the shell?
It depends on the model and size. Tell us which one and we get the weight from the factory so your crane operator can plan the lift properly. We would rather give you the real figure than a guess off a website.
Can the shell sit on site before the hole is ready?
Talk to us first. A shell left lying on uneven ground can be damaged. The easy way is to dig first and lift straight from the trailer into the hole.
Where does the backwash go?
To a sewer gully, not the stormwater. Your plumber will know the local rule, and your certifier will check it.
Do you do trade pricing?
Yes, for builders and landscapers doing a few pools a year. Shells nest, so two or three on the same truck share the freight. Ring us and we will set it up.
